Silver Alert issued 4/26/15 at 2:25 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Pedro Sanabria, a 72-year-old Hispanic male who has dementia, high blood pressure and diabetes. He was last seen on 4/26 at 7:30AM from 164th Street and Cauldwell Avenue in The Bronx wearing blue jeans, a dark blue jacket, white sneakers and a dark blue cap. Mr. Sanabria is described as 5'3" tall, weighs 160 pounds, brown eyes, with balding salt and pepper hair. If you see Mr. Sanabria, please call 9-1-1. Silver Alert issued 4/26/15 at 9:47 AM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Robert Fleming, a 62-year-old Black male who suffers from paranoia, schizophrenia and high blood pressure, from the Sea Gate area of Brooklyn. He was last seen 4/23 at 1:00 PM at Surf Avenue West 33rd Street (BK) wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black boots. Notification issued 4/25/15 at 3:00 PM. NYC Emergency Management will be conducting an Alliance for Response exercise on Sunday, April 26 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The exercise will involve a controlled fire at Cadman Plaza East and Red Cross Place in Brooklyn. FDNY will be on site.

Notification issued 4/25/15 at 2:53 PM. Emergency personnel are on the scene of a brush fire located at Lisk Avenue South Avenue (SI). Expect smoke, traffic delays, and a presence of emergency personnel and vehicles in the area. The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene advises avoiding smoke exposure from structural fires by closing windows while indoors and reducing outdoor activity where smoke is present. People with heart or breathing conditions such as asthma may be more sensitive and should seek immediate medical attention if they experience a worsening of their condition, shortness of breath, or chest pains.
