Alert issued 4/1/15 at 3:30 PM. The NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services has issued a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert for Peter Ciulla, a 88-year-old white male who has early onset dementia. Mr. Ciulla was last seen in the area of Stewart Avenue on Tuesday, March 30. He is described as being 5'9" and 150 lbs. with gray hair and brown eyes. Mr. Ciulla was last seen wearing beige pants, a light colored jacket and a baseball cap and driving a 2005 white Buick Century with New York registration AHH-9576.
