NYS Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert - Donald Deandrea Sr. (CW)
Notification issued on 4/20/14 at 5:25 PM. At the request of the Rye Brook Police Department, a New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult notification has been issued relating to the disappearance of Donald Deandrea, male, white, age 76, from Rye Brook on April 10, 2014. He was last seen on Woodland Avenue in Rye Brook at 9:00 am and was operating a 2007 blue Nissan Sentra 4 door with NY registration FET - 9192 and is believed to possibly be heading to the NYC area. He is known to frequent parks, shopping centers, and the Play Land boardwalk area. He may been in need of medical attention. Mr. Deandrea suffers from Alzheimer's. Traffic Delays - N/B Major Deegan Expressway at West 230th Street (BX)
Notification issued 4/20/14 at 1:13 AM. Due to an overturned vehicle, expect extensive delays on the northbound Major Deegan Expressway at West 230th Street in the Bronx. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.

Re-opened - Outbound Holland Tunnel (MN)
Notification issued 4/20/14 at 12:19 AM. Following an earlier closure, all lanes of the outbound Holland Tunnel have re-opened in Manhattan. Expect residual delays.

Notification issued 4/19/14 at 11:52 PM. Due to a vehicle fire, the outbound Holland Tunnel has all lanes closed in Manhattan. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.
