Traffic Delays - N/B Major Deegan Expressway at West 230th Street (BX)
Notification issued 4/20/14 at 1:13 AM. Due to an overturned vehicle, expect extensive delays on the northbound Major Deegan Expressway at West 230th Street in the Bronx. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.

Re-opened - Outbound Holland Tunnel (MN)
Notification issued 4/20/14 at 12:19 AM. Following an earlier closure, all lanes of the outbound Holland Tunnel have re-opened in Manhattan. Expect residual delays.

Notification issued 4/19/14 at 11:52 PM. Due to a vehicle fire, the outbound Holland Tunnel has all lanes closed in Manhattan. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.

Notification issued 4/19/14 at 8:40 PM. Due to a flooding condition, expect traffic delays and emergency personnel near West 43rd St and 6th Avenue in Manhattan.

NY State Missing Vulnerable Adult - Thomas O'Brien (CW)
Notification issued 4/18/14 at 9:30 PM. The NY State Division of Criminal Justice Services has issued a Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert for Thomas O'Brien, male, white, 80 years old, from Nassau County, NY. Mr. O'Brien suffers from Alzheimer's, and is described as 6' tall, 200 lbs., with a hunched posture, wearing blue jeans, with a brown belt and black sneakers. Mr. O'Brien was operating a gray 2013 Honda CRV New York registration CSC-2672 and is known to frequent the Plainview Shopping Center, but may be in the NYC area. He may be in need of immediate medical attention. A photo is attached; if you see Mr. O'Brien, please call the Nassau County Police Dept. at 516-573-7347 or 9-1-1.
