Notify NYC - Mass Transit Disruption
Notification issued 9/29/16 at 1:00 PM. As a result of this morning's NJ Transit train incident, the following mass transit disruptions are in effect: - NY Waterway ferry service is suspended in and out of Hoboken Terminal. All other NY Waterway service is operating normally in and out of NYC. NY Waterway ferries will cross-honor Hoboken Terminal tickets on all other routes. For more information, please visit www.nywaterway.com. - NJ Transit Rail, NJ Transit Light Rail, and PATH Train service remains suspended in and out of Hoboken Station. Notification issued on 9/29/16 at 9:15 AM. Due to a New Jersey Transit train derailment at Hoboken Station, NJ, all PATH train service in and out of Hoboken Station is suspended until further notice. Notify NYC - Coastal Flood Advisory
Notification issued 9/29/16 at 4:57 AM. The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Advisory for Southern Queens until 10:00 AM this morning, 9/29. A Coastal Flood Advisory has also been issued from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM today. The affected area includes the South Shore Bays of Long Island, coasts of Jamaica Bay. Tidal departures of up to 2 feet above normal are expected. During a Coastal Flood Advisory, minor flooding of the most vulnerable shore roads and/or properties is possible.
