Notification issued 3/28/15 at 3:00 PM. On Sunday, 3/29/15 The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will conduct an emergency preparedness drill in the New York-bound Holland Tunnel. The New York-bound Holland Tunnel will be closed from 12:01 AM to 8:00 AM on Sunday. All New York-bound traffic will be diverted to the Lincoln Tunnel. Expect an increased presence of emergency personnel in the area. Consider alternate routes.

Notification issued 3/28/15 at 12:00 PM. On Sunday, March 29, the NYC Department of Transportation Division of Bridges will close eastbound lanes on the Manhattan Bridge to replace safety devices. The lane closures will be in effect early Sunday morning from 12:01 AM until 8:00 AM and again from 9:00 PM Sunday evening until 5:00 AM Monday morning. During these hours, the Brooklyn bound upper level will be fully closed and one lane will be closed on the Brooklyn bound lower level. The bicycle and pedestrian paths will remain open, though there may be occasional brief interruptions. Variable message signs will be installed to alert motorists.

Notification issued 3/28/15 at 10:42 PM. Following an earlier closure, the southbound FDR Drive ramp to the Brooklyn Bridge, and the eastbound Brooklyn Bridge have re-opened to vehicular traffic. Expect residual delays.

Notification issued 3/28/15 at 9:54 AM. Due to FDNY activity at Jay Street and Tillary Street in Brooklyn, the southbound FDR Drive ramp to the Brooklyn Bridge is closed. In addition, the eastbound Brooklyn Bridge is closed. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.
